World number 12 Anna Nordqvist kept pace at the top of the leaderboard after two rounds of the Saudi Arabian Ladies International.

The 28-year-old was tied for the lead after the first round but dropped back to eight under par with a 69 on Friday.

Rita Rosol led the way after carding a 64 on Thursday but she is now eight shots off the lead after a second-round 70.

Americans Amy Yang and Christina Kim trail Nordqvist, who carded a 69 on Friday, by 10 shots.

England’s Charley Hull missed the cut after a second round 69 dropped her back into the field on three under par.

However, compatriot Holly Clyburn moved to four under par after shooting a second round 69.
